我以前在优衣库每次开完会不也要喊口号嘛,第一次店长没和我说,他们在那喊口号我当时都懵了,很多日企就这样的,其实生活真的挺无奈 他们是为了养家糊口,我一个学生在销售行业经常上班,有些成年人真的背负一个家庭付出了太多。
开头小编说几句:开公司最怕头脑发热,再没有任何业务基础的情况下就立马上项目了,当然了这之间也要分有实力的老板和没实力的老板,在企业实际经营过程中,足够优秀的创业者才能引领企业成长。至于好的赚钱的项目是不缺的,缺的是能实现项目目标的人才。作为管理者,对于人力、财务、组织等管理经验就要好好学一学了。
